BluTAG

The BluTAG is designed to provide superior reliability and read/write performance in the identification of textile products in industrial laundry applications. This HF RFID tag complies with the ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 Mode 1 standard and combines cost-efficiency with extreme resistance to high temperature (up to 200°C), sterilization processes, tunnel washers, water extractors (up to 60 bar), tunnel finishers and tumblers.
The BluTAG can be embedded in textiles in several ways: directly inside the item, by using an additional fabric pouch or heat sealed under a patch. The product is guaranteed for 300 washing cycles or 3 years minimum.

ARIO 370L-DL Tag

With the same sizes and attachment methods as the BluTAG (15 mm diameter), the ARIO 370L-DL Tag withstands the typical chemicals and mechanical stresses involved in industrial laundry processes and provides long read ranges matched with high read speed (up to 70 reads per second). The ARIO 370L-DL Tag features the NXP ICODE SLI-L chip and is guaranteed for 200 washing cycles or 3 years minimum.

ARIO 370L-HL Tag

The ARIO 370L-HL Tag has the same sizes, read performance and chip as the ARIO 370L-DL Tag  but, featuring two holes, is designed to be easily sewn on garments manually or by using a standard automatic button sewing machine. The ARIO 370L-HL Tag tag is a good choice not only for automating processes at laundries, but also for improving check-in/out operations as it’s visible to end-users. The tag comes with a warranty for 200 washing cycles or 3 years minimum.
