HID Global InLine Tag Plate EUHID Global InLine Tag Plate are UHF RFID tags designed to offer a perfect solution for accurate and cost-effective tracking of shipping containers. They combine a very slim profile that fits the corrugated pockets on the side of shipping containers, with the capability to survive very rough handling and harsh environments.
The tag is fully dust-proof, can be immersed in deep water for long time and tolerates close-range, high-pressure, high-temperature spray downs (IP69K).
The read range achieves 8 meters on non-metallic surfaces and 6 meters on metal.
As standard, InLine Tag Plate comes in grey for excellent laser engraving contrast, but can be delivered also in other colors. Customization services include also embossed and laser-engraved marking, and supply of appropriate labels to allow user in-house printing of logos, barcodes, serial numbers or text messages.
Mounted with screws, nails or industrial adhesives, this rugged RFID tag is a very good choice also for tracking trucks, wagons and trains, management of returnable containers and work in process parts in manufacturing, identification of commercial and industrial waste bins.
HID Global's InLine Tag Plate uses Impinj Monza 4E chip with 128 bits of EPC memory, a 48-bit serialized number and large 496-bits user memory.
This product version provides high performance on non-metallic surfaces regardless of the regional frequency band, and is specifically optimized to deliver high performance when used on metal at 865-868 MHz (Europe, Middle East, South Africa).
