HID Global SlimFlex Tag 301Thanks to its special ThermoPlastic Elastomer encasement, HID Global The SlimFlex Tag 301 is a waterproof, rugged yet flexible UHF RFID tag well suited for a number of asset tracking applications in outdoor, industrial environments.
The tag features the Alien Technology Higgs-3 chip and is tuned to perform on plastic, wood and other non-metallic surfaces providing read range up to 8 meters across all world's regions.
The flexible construction, combined with two holes specifically designed for mounting by means of cable ties, makes the SlimFlex Tag 301 an excellent solution for easy tagging of plastic pipes, cables and hoses, bag handles, trees and other rigid or flexible tubular objects without the need to drill the asset. The tag can also be fixed with screws or attached with industrial glue, also flush-mounted in the surface.
The SlimFlex Tag 301 survives many aggressive chemicals, demanding mechanical and thermal stresses, prolonged immersion in water and exposure to UV rays.
The yellow color (Pantone 108) grants high visibility and excellent contrast when the tag is laser-engraved with custom barcodes, numbering, text or logo.
