RTEC SteelCode USThe RTEC SteelCode is a small on-metal UHF RFID tag specifically engineered to provide long read range up to 6 meters and excellent resistance to industrial processes that involve corrosive chemicals and temperature up to 250 degrees Celsius.
Thanks to its capability to withstand prolonged exposure to very high temperature and its IP68 protection, the tag represents a reliable solution for tracking metal parts in paint shop processes and other challenging industrial treatments. Furthermore, the SteelMini is suitable also for metal assets that repeatedly undergo autoclave sterilization.
The tag measures 38mm x 13mm x 7mm and features 3.4mm holes for screw mounting.
Can be attached also with industrial adhesive or epoxy resin.
Upon request, the tag can be delivered in different colors, pre-encoded, marked with text, numbering and logo.
Also ATEX/IECEx certifications are available upon special request.
This product version is optimized for use in the 902-928 MHz frequency band (Americas, China, Japan).
