EXO 700 measures just 30 mm x 21 mm x 6.35 mm but, despite its small size, provides read range up to 5.5 meters with fixed readers and up to 3.5 meters when used with handheld devices. This global-use on-metal RFID tag features a rugged thermoplastic material encapsulation that is rated IP68 and allows the tag to survive shocks, vibrations, long-term use in harsh industrial and outdoor conditions. Exo 700 is a recommended tag solution for tracking weapons, tools, dies and other work equipment, sub-assemblies, IT and electrical assets. EXO 700 uses the Alien Technology Higgs-3 chip.
