Tuned for metal and easily mounted by snapping into standard M6 holes, the EaT-101 is ideally suited for automotive manufacturing and maintenance but is also used in a wide range of other industrial  applications, thanks to its excellent resistance to impact, high temperature, aggressive chemicals and harsh environments. This on-metal RFID tag is available with different chips compatible with several UHF, HF and LF standards. Fixed on the interior side of the edge of a car hood, the UHF versions (US and EU) provide read range up to 1 meter when the hood is closed and up to 2 meters when the hood is open. The tag head measures 23 x 23 x 10 mm. The total length is 30 mm.
