Sentry AST Autoclave

Member of the Vizinex RFID Sentry AST family, the Sentry AST Autoclave is a small, thin-profile, UHF RFID tag designed to provide excellent performance on metallic surfaces and survive high temperature and repeated autoclave sterilization cycles. With read range up to 1.8 meters despite its sizes of just 36.3 x 10.9 x 2.88 millimeters, this rugged Gen 2 RFID tag is a perfect fit for medical and veterinary assets, surgical and dental instruments, trays and other laboratory equipment. The tag features the Alien Technology Higgs-3 chip and is optimized to work in the 902-928 MHz frequency band. The Sentry AST Autoclave is rated IP67 and tested to withstand 100 autoclave cycles of 20 minutes with temperature of 134°C and pressure of 22 psi. The product can be delivered with optional autoclave resistant film label for carrying a barcode or human-readable data..
