With read ranges up to 4 m, the IronTag 176 is a small UHF RFID tag conceived to deliver excellent performance on metal surfaces, IP68 protection and superior resistance to vibration, shock, chemical exposure and wide thermal fluctuations with temperatures up to 180°C. The IronTag 176 is specifically designed for aircraft parts maintenance as it meets all the ATA Spec 2000 requirements and the SAE AS5678 specifications for passive RFID tags to be used in the aerospace industry. Beside aircraft parttracking, this tag is also a great solution for wide variety of other industrial applications such as equipment and machinery management, metal part tracking in assembly lines and vehicle identification.
