Free2Move Edam TM801-CV0The Free2Move Edam (TM801-CV0) is a battery powered device specifically designed to track people and help to keep them safer in potentially dangerous environments.
The Edam (TM801-CV0) provides read range up to 60 meters and features a vibrator to effectively alert the operator that carries the device in case of danger.
The product is ideally suited for personnel safety applications in industrial environments, but can be used also for presence authorization monitoring and children tracking in theme parks and schools.
The tag has a holder for necklace or breast pocket.
The tag beacons a message in intervals. The transmitted message contains a Unique IDentifier (UID), a User Defined String (UDS) and various status information including the remaining battery shelf-life.
This active tag works with TM700 series RFIDS(TM) readers connected to a computer or a network of computers.
Several TM700 series RFIDS(TM) readers can be used to cover larger reading zones.
Hundreds of tags can be reliably tracked in a specific read zone.
The product is available also with notification button that allows the device carrier to confirm his or her safety in case of request from operations center (see the TM801-CVB).
