The ST-1 feature a double Teflon covering which ensures extreme protection against harsh conditions. They survive long time exposure to very high temperature up to 250°C and extremely corrosive chemicals such as caustic soda, without degradation.

The FT-1008 PEX have a durable Polyethylene protection which allows the tag to survive high temperature up to 200°C and offers also good resistance to corrosive chemicals. The FT-1008 PEX are interesting solution for applications that require high temperature tags at cost-competitive prices.

Both the ST-1 and FT-1008 PEX provide read range over 3 meters and are ideally suited for part tracking in paint line processes, work in process management in heavy industries such as automotive, asset tracking in oil and gas, construction and other very demanding environments such as the chemical industry. These rugged RFID tags can be delivered with one or two eyelets at the ends. Different eyelets and terminations are available to meet other needs in terms of attachment methods. The standard chip used is the Alien Technology Higg-3 but the tags can be provided also with Impinj Monza 3, Impinj Monza 4QT or NXP UCODE G2XM.
