IQ 600

IQ 400 and IQ 600 are an excellent solution for a wide range of applications such as IT and health-care asset tracking, metallic packaging tagging, management of pipes and other metallic parts in manufacturing and maintenance processes, other applications which require low cost RFID tags which work reliably on metal and goods with high liquid content. Thanks to the ability to be printed by end users with common RFID and barcode thermal transfer printers, these UHF RFID labels simplify the development of the whole RFID system. They embed the Impinj Monza 4QT chip which offers large EPC and user memory, a serialized TID and several security and privacy features. IQ 400 and IQ 600 differ in sizes and read range: IQ 400 measures 103 x 23 mm and provide read range up to 4 meters with fixed readers and 2 meters with handheld readers; IQ 600 is 102 x 52 mm and can be read from up to 6 meters with fixed readers and 3 meters with handheld devices. Both the labels are just 0.8 mm thick. IP68 protection and high durability make these on-metal RFID labels suitable for long-life applications where tags come in direct contact with liquids and dusts. IQ 400 and IQ 600 are available in two regional versions (US / 902-928 MHz and EU / 865-868 MHz) and are delivered in rolls of 200 pieces. Omni-ID can also provide dry inlays versions for custom label conversion.
