    ABOUT Farsens

    Farsens designs and manufactures full passive RFID sensor solutions. Their proprietary UHF RFID IC allows Farsens to develop long range solutions for asset tracking — via the unique ID — and monitoring — via the attached sensor — without the need of any battery on the tag.

    Sensor tags are compatible with commercial EPC C1G2 readers. On the other hand, the proprietary RFID IC can supply and communicate with external commercial sensors without using batteries on the tag. Temperature sensors, pressure sensors, orientation sensors (3 axis accelerometers), humidity sensors, strain gages, thermistors and switches are some of the devices that can work on a battery free tag.
